At Xplosive Ape, we aim to get your order packed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing may take longer.

If your order contains a pre-order item, please check the product page for its estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Domestic delivery: 4-7 days

Delivery estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs checks, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control may affect arrival times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Details and Address Changes

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you need to change your address, contact info@xplosiveape.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we’ll contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply, where permitted by applicable law.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, please contact info@xplosiveape.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging where possible.

We’ll investigate with the delivery carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Please retain damaged items and packaging until we advise you otherwise.
